1. What time will you be cleaning?
For residential cleaning, our cleaning hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We clean on Saturdays by special request only. Commercial cleaning and professional cleaning services are performed according to the client's need.
2. Do I need to be present for the cleaning.
No, you do not need to be present. In fact, most of our clients provide us a key for access while they are away. It's a great feeling to come home to a clean home or business!
If you choose to provide a key it will be held on file in our fireproof safe. We are fully insured so you can trust us with your most valuable possessions, your home or office.
3. Do you furnish the cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We furnish all the cleaning supplies needed to clean your home or business. If you prefer to provide a favorite product, we will be happy to use it. We also supply our own vacuum cleaners.
As you know that with such infections like H1NI and other germs that are very active today. We have implemented a measure to assist you in anyway to help deter the spread of germs. With this being the case, we are asking that you provide your own mop. Many of homes have children and this is a way to prevent any outside germs being introduced in your home. We believe that in providing your own mop this will help to stop or prevent cross contamination from occurring and keep everyone germ free and safe.
4. Are you insured
Yes, for your protection and peace of mind, we are fully insured with Travelers Indemnity Company.
5. Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
Yes, for residential cleaning please remove items off of floors so we can clean more efficiently.
6. Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not happy with any of our services contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will send someone back at our expense to correct the problem.
7. How do I pay for my cleaning services?
We accept payments of cash and checks. Please make checks payable to Absolutely Spotless Cleaning. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. If the client is not present at time of service, please place cash or check on kitchen counter.
8. What if I don't need my whole house or business cleaned?
Customized cleaning services are available such as: Cleaning the bathrooms only, vacuuming and dusting only, etc. Call for a FREE estimate and consultation.
9. How to I provide feedback on your cleanings?
We understand that each of our clients have slightly different needs and requirements. We love open communication with our clients so that we can render you the best possible care on your home or business. We offer feedback via our website, by phoning us or leaving us a note during our next visit. We also provide our clients with a customer satisfaction survey via email or mail on a bi-monthly basis to provide us with feedback and any suggestions regarding improvements to our service.
